cities I've visited:
I traveled a lot during this year, although most of the time for concerts - only twice I went somewhere just for seeing places.
-on July, Verona & Venice, with a trip on Garda Lake (and Gardaland♥).
-on November, Madrid.
It was the second time I went to Venice, and I can say that it's exactly how you see on tv (probably the only place in the world), it's so awesome, anytime I go there I feel like taking pics of everything, it seems like you suddenly go into another world.
Second time in Spain, too, but the other time I went to Barcelona, which is completely different from Madrid. I loved it, and as you may notice from the pictures I kind of enjoyed food a lot and the football side of the town. Santiago Bernabeu is amazing :)

music:
as You May Have Noticed I Had A Slightly obsession for the 60-70s during this year.
I also made a list of the songs that I listened the most during this year, one or two every months (it was hard not to put the whole Who discography in it, actually.). The only new album I really enjoyed this year was Mumford&Sons' , which I didn't put here for... well, unknown reasons.
january : The Who - A Quick One (While He's Away) / The Who - Happy Jack
february : Crosby,Stills&Nash - Woodstock
march : The Beach Boys - Don't Worry Baby
april : The Who - The Kids are Alright
may : Frank Zappa - Watermelon in Easter Hay / The Beatles - Help!
june : TBSOD - Eagle Gate Syndrome / Foo Fighters - Everlong
july : TARM - try to stay with me another Awake / David Bisbal ft.K 'naan - Waving Flag
August : Seguridad Social - a tontas ya Locas / Mumford & Sons - Sigh No More
september : Tenacious D - Kielbasa
october : El Canto Del Loco - Corazón
november : Francesco Guccini - Farewell
december : TARM - Bella Italy / John Lennon - Love
football matches:
vs-Spain. Netherlands 1-0 (@ FIFA Fan Fest , Villa Borghese)
-Roma vs. Inter 1-0
-Lazio vs. Roma 0-2
-Liverpool vs. Chelsea 2-0
-Barcelona vs. Real Madrid 5-0
-Milan vs. Roma 0-1 (@ San Siro) . YES. WATCHED THIS AT THE STADIUM.
although I enjoyed A LOT MORE Barça than Roma this season, Roma is my first team and my city so I feel their victories so much (well, I ran on the streets listening to El Cant del Barça getting back home after el Clasico, but still.). Also, Liverpool is a disaster recently but the match against Chelsea was amazing and the second goal scored by Torres is probably one of the best of this season so far.
volleyball matches:
-USA vs. Italy 1-3
-MRoma vs. Marmi Lanza Verona 3-2
-MRoma vs. San Giustino 3-1
-MRoma vs. Itas Diatec Trentino 0-3
-MRoma vs. CasaModena 2-3
I've kind of always watched volleyball but I really got into it recently, because I'm going to all the matches Roma's team is playing here. Also this year there were the World Championships here in Italy, though I didn't manage to go see any match - Italy ended up on the 4th place, and the best match they played was against USA because it was one of the favourites.
books:
huuuuuge 60s influences here too. Woodstock, Pamela Des Barres & Keith Moon's Biography (I couldn't believe I would have enjoyed a biography so much. It's seriously one of my favourite books ever.) . Looking for Alaska was great, though the book that really made me wonder was Josè Saramago's Blindness. Anytime I read one of his books I love him even more: I love his way of being ironic while he's talking about serious stuff and doesn't make you realize at first.
movies:
once again. 60s everywhere. I know I'm stupid, there are like only TWO MOVIES that really went out this year, but whatever. This is what I enjoyed the most. My favorite was La Mala Educacion . I discovered Almodovar only this year and he's totally one of my favourite directors ever. The Kids Are Alright isn't exactly a real movie (I mean, it's not like Help! that has a "plot"), is more like a documentary , but still. I watched it so many times it deserved to be here.
I put Tangled here because I didn't expect to love it as much. I mean, I was thinking about putting Inception here, I really enjoyed it and everything, but somehow I was so much more suprised by Tangled because I haven't laughed for a Disney's movie for such a long time. I'm glad that after all these years they still can do such good movies (and I mean this also for The Princess and the Frog ). anyway, L'Auberge Espagnole reminded me why I want to go to live in Barcelona so badly. 200 Motels is a Frank Zappa's crazy movie which is like an acid trip (I never took acid, but you know.I felt kind of stoned after watching it.)

notes: the pictures of movies, books etc. of course aren't mine - the pictures I took are the ones of my trips, naturally, and the ones of the volleyball matches. for the others I thank google, tumblr & livejournal soccer related communities.
